Installation Guide
Installing your OPINE Filtered Shower Head
is extremely simple, done under 3 mins.
Each OPINE box contains:
1 showerhead
1 filter ( pre-installed in the showerhead itself)
4 micro-fiber cloth (1 pre-installed in the showerhead itself)
1 installation wrench
1 plumber tape
1 - 1.8GPM (pre-installed) and 1 - 2.1GPM flow restrictor

How to install the filtered shower head
Step 1
Nothing is as important as your safety, make sure the surrounding is dry and not slippery.
Then remove your old shower head off with your hand twisting it anti-clockwise, if you ever need assistance because it was too tight, use our adjustable wrench to assist you, it is inside the box. The green will give you power!
A little tip for you, use a small cloth around the fitting to prevent scratches while using the wrench.
Step 2
The first thing you might see is some old plumber’s tape left on the threading area on your shower arm. Simply peel them off with your hands or if it is stubborn, clean it with a soft brush to clean the thread thoroughly.
Step 3
Use our fresh roll of plumber’s tape to apply onto the threads. Make sure to wrap the plumber’s tape around it for 2-3 layers for a watertight seal.
Step 4
Before installing your brand new shower head, make sure your flow restrictor and seal ring is in place. On your shower head, there should already be 1 seal ring and 1 - water saving 1.8GPM flow restrictor pre-installed. If you are seeking a more immersive shower experience, you can change it to 2.1 GPM flow restrictor simply by using a tooth pick to pick it out.
If everything is ready, just screw it on! Docking your shower head to the shower arm and turn clockwise. We don’t recommend over-tighten it because it may deform the seal ring. Then you are good to go!
How to replace the filter
Replacing shower filters has never been easier because of our patent-pending SnapReplace Technology, now you can change the filter in seconds, hassle free, twist free, tool free! We recommend changing the filter every 90 days for a 2 person household. Our subscription service will automatically drop your new filter in front of your door so you don't have to remember when it is due.
Let's break the filter replacement into 3 steps.
Step 1
Deep press into the center of the shower head where the logo is located, just press it hard.
Step 2
Remove the filter from the logo plate! The trick of removing it is instead of pulling it out, try snapping the two parts like cracking open a biscuit. This will help unlock all four locks with ease. When installing it back simply push both components together, when you hear the clear snap you know it is installed.
Step 3
After snapping them back together, push it back into the hole. When the logo plate surface is flush with the front face of the shower head, it's done and good to go!
Replacing Micro Fiber Cloth
It is the same process as changing filters, but instead of removing the filter, we recommend changing it every 3-4 weeks. Simply remove the old rusty microfiber cloth from the top of the filter, and put a new one on top. An undercut in our filter is specifically designed to let you easily slide in the higher density side and secure it.
P.S. The higher density side should always be facing down touching the metal net.

Average Shower duration
Water flow rate (based on the water restrictor we provide: 2.0 GPM, and 1.8 GPM)

Considering these factors, we recommend that an average household with two people changes the filter every 90 days and the microfiber cloth every 30 days.
Yes! OPINE fits the standard US and Canadian showers with 1/2" NPT threading. With a shower arm extending from ceiling or wall, you can gracefully welcome your OPINE into your sanctuary
No, it's incredibly simple and can be completed in minutes! While we will provide a video tutorial upon launch, here’s a quick installation guide to get you started.
Remove the old showerhead using the wrench included in every OPINE shower head package.
Take off the old plumber's tape and wrap the threaded section about twice with the provided tape, then tear it off.
Simply twist OPINE onto the threaded section until it feels snug. Use the wrench to tighten it securely if needed.
OPINE comes preloaded with a filter, so there’s no need for additional installation. Now you created an oasis with pure water, enjoy!
This product will work with you existing shower as long as you have an overhead shower system!
Simply open the filter and check on the microfiber cloth, you will be surprised. We guarantee our filter can improve you skin and hair and you are likely to feel it right away after your first shower, as it has gone through vigorous water testing on its filtration ability. Tell use how you feel over the next 60 days, if you don’t like it we will refund you.
Yes! Part of our service to keep you care free while using our product. No need to remember what date to change because by signing up to the filter subscription, new filter will be automatically delivered to your door steps. And that is when you need to change your filter.
As for microfiber cloth, simply check by popping out the filter to see how dirty it is over 20-30days. We provide you 3 clothes +1 spare over the course of 90 days to just incase.
